This blog post features the proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Critical Muslim Studies on ‘ReOrienting the Post-Western’. The conference was hosted by the Centre for Ethnic and Racism Studies (CERS), between the 23rd-25th September 2022 at the University of Leeds to mark the fifth anniversary of the journal ReOrient.
This conference featured a diverse range of presentations, panel discussions and activity-based workshops that were organised and delivered by academics and community activists.
